3 simple steps to Create your personal health plan.
Step 1:
The only way to long standing changes or improvements in health is to find that activity which makes you truly HAPPY.
Is it cycling ?
Running ? Swimming ? Dancing ? Yoga ? Gymming ?
Step 2:
~If your favourite activity involves a lot of cardio eg. Running then balance it with with weights twice a week
~If it has a lot of weights , then balance it with cardio and flexibility twice a week
~ if it has too much stretching eg. Yoga, balance it with weights and cardio twice a week.
Step 3:
~ now do it long enough and quantify your progress at least once a month.
