Posture Management & Biomechanical Assessment
Fitness programme designed to address back pain in people who sit for over 6 hours. This is appropriate for your employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance and benefit from improved posture, core strength and flexibility, thus reducing the risk of suffering from back pain.

Creative Art therapy for Stress Management
Your staff may benefit from creative art therapy to reduce stress at work. After discussion and goal-setting, this curriculum is customised. Employees who participate in creative art therapy are encouraged to express their emotions through artistic endeavours including painting, drawing, movement, etc.
This takes place over a nine-hour period and is limited to groups of no more than 30 persons. Creative art therapy is a unique way to reduce stress in the workplace, and can be tailored to meet specific goals
